This workshop aims to certify professionals to lead the Art of Innovation Workshop.

Participants will deepen their understanding of the Art of Innovation model, explore the structure and rationale workshop, learn how to best use the Art of Innovation Audit, review the workshop activities and practice facilitation/presentation of selected parts of the program.

This workshop is based on the book The Art of Innovation – Integrating Creativity in Organizations, by Dimis Michaelides (Performa Productions, 2007).

Participants will receive a signed copy of the book, a Leader Companion booklet, a set of powerpoint slides and a Leader Certificate. Leader bios and contact details may also feature on The Art of Innovation website (going live in 2010) from which they will also have privileged access online to the Art of Innovation Organization Audit.
