Customer CareCustomers are our business, so we MUST learn how to care for them. Personal and team creative skills are applied to the major challenges of customer care. Good customer care is provided by people who are involved and really do care and are supported by good systems and infrastructure. And, of course, improving customer care is by definition a change project. So, why not aim to positively surprise our clients? (we might surprise ourselves too in the process!)
