Creative LeadershipA good leader inspires people to produce exceptional results. Though there is no single definitive theory of leadership, experience suggests that good leaders do not lead by ordering people around but by bringing out the creative potential of their people. Our workshops explore both the self and the team at top level - transforming strategy into action – middle – managing managers – and entry level management and often make use of business simulations.
