Performa offers two types of simulation tools:

Business Simulations provide the participants with an engaging and realistic learning experience of managing and operating a company, and systematically apply the learning to their business and everyday work.  They create a competitive situation, where teams compete, like in the real marketplace.  By working together with colleagues, participants can exchange experience and combine skills from different functions and expertise areas - in the analysis of a situation, decision-making process, the analysis of the results - and learn from the conclusions drawn.

Behavioural Simulations place participants in a realistic business environment where, in teams, they make decisions modelled upon real business situations.   They have to manage relationships, set goals, allocate work, motivate people, analyse performance and offer feedback, evaluate business results and achieve business objectives.  To reinforce skills and competencies, the simulation provides ongoing feedback on decisions made, plus qualitative and quantitative feedback following the simulation.  By working together, participants can exchange opinions and views, combine skills and decide on appropriate action, learning in the process and from the conclusions drawn.
