Brainstorming & BeyondCoined by Alex Osborn in the fifties “brainstorming” is alas open to misunderstanding and bad practice. These workshops focus on how to run a brilliant session of idea generation and evaluation and will provide tips on how to manage meetings in general. For the more initiated, a number of different tools and techniques are presented in depth and participants are coached on how to use them affectively for themselves or as facilitators or group leaders.
